We do not and cannot verify the information that a petition starter supplies, nor do we represent or guarantee that any monetary gifts will be used in accordance with any fundraising purpose described by a petition starter or in accordance with applicable laws.

You should consult your tax advisor as to the amount of your monetary gift that is tax deductible or eligible for tax recognition. Change.org makes no representation as to whether all or any portion of your monetary gifts, including, if any, Transaction Fees, are tax deductible, eligible for tax credits, or any other special tax treatment. Change.org will have no liability for any claim by any federal, state, provincial, territorial, local or any other tax authority with respect to the characterization on any applicable tax return of any monetary gift by you.

If you are unsatisfied with a contribution you made toward a Change.org Plus Fundraiser for any reason, you may request a refund. To be eligible, refund requests must be received by the Change.org Support Team within 90 days of purchase. To request a refund, please contact our Support Team.

Depending on the option you select, you may agree to recurring contributions of money. We reserve the right to end any fundraiser at any time in our sole discretion and you shall not be entitled to any refund of money paid as a result of our termination of the fundraiser.
